Let's dispense with the resume formalities for a moment. My career started as a Front-end Developer and grew into a Lead Software Engineer role. Along the way, I learned that the part of the job I loved most wasn't just writing the code; it was helping a team ship something great together, which is what led me into engineering management.

Lately that's meant weaving AI deep into the team's day-to-day workflow, from automating sprint health reports and code reviews to connecting tools like Jira, GitHub, and Figma directly into our development process.

I have expertise in a variety of web-based technologies such as TypeScript, React, and NextJS, and an eye for both SEO and ADA compliance. For me, development is a harmonious blend of logic, critical thinking, and creativity. That foundation is exactly what I draw on now to help my team assess each project and strategically determine the most effective approach to build something both flexible and functional.
